Cassidy Bale is a Canadian-born fitness and nutrition coach, certified personal trainer, and educator dedicated to helping others live stronger, healthier, and more confident lives. With a Master’s in Exercise Science from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor's in Kinesiology from Brock University, Cassidy combines her deep academic foundation with real-world experience to create results-based programs that truly work.
Currently a Professor of Exercise Science at the University of South Florida, Cassidy not only coaches clients she educates future professionals in the fitness and health space. Her background in research design and implementation gives her an edge when it comes to crafting programs rooted in science, tailored to fit each client's goals and lifestyle.
From the ice rink as a competitive figure skater to the bodybuilding stage in the Wellness division, Cassidy’s personal athletic journey has shaped her holistic, strength-focused coaching style.
